The greatest risk is contact with coral fish and bats infested with a virus similar to rabies.
Reciprocal health: A reciprocal health agreement for urgent medical treatment exists with the United Kingdom. In order to obtain treatment some proof of United Kingdom residence will be required. Compulsory vaccinations: yellow fever certificate if arriving within 6 days of having stayed overnight or longer in an infected area, as listed in the World Health Weekly Epidemiological Record. Exempt infants under 1 year.

Recommended immunizations: none, however check travellers have up to date tetanus & polio immunizations.
