Climate: Cool maritime climate. Winters are cold with occasional snow. Summer conditions can vary from day to day although it rarely becomes uncomfortably hot. Rainfall is spread throughout the year with summer and autumn being the wettest seasons.

Clothing: Medium to lightweights for summer, heavyweights for winter with topcoat.
