The following details relate to holders of adult normal passports (requirements for children may be different), if any other type of passport or travel document is held, entry requirements should be checked with the relevant embassy or consulate.

Compulsory vaccinations: none.
Recommended immunisations: *diphtheria, hepatitis A, *hepatitis B, polio, *TB, tetanus, typhoid * recommended in some circumstances, travellers making 3 or more visits per year, stays of more than 3 months in a rural area, high-risk occupational groups & backpackers staying more than 1 month.
Blood transfusion & tissue transplantation risk according to UK BTS:

Weather
Climate: The climate is tropical and best described as hot and humid with an average temperature of 27-29°C. High temperatures are generally cooled by prevailing trade winds and frequent rainfalls. On average 8-10 inches of rain per month, October and November being the wettest.
Clothing: Casual island wear is most common, with few restaurants imposing dress codes. Cool loose-fitting clothing will prove to be most comfortable.
